Inline H2 sensor for process monitoring

Hydrogen sensor for Power-to-X applications

In the rapidly growing Power-to-X (P2X) industry, precise measurements of hydrogen levels are essential for cost-optimizing electrolysis processes and for ensuring safety. The SulfiLogger™ X1-3290 sensor provides a state-of-the-art solution for real-time H2 measurements in process gas streams, enabling industries to produce green hydrogen safer and more efficiently.

Plug-n-play design

The sensor is designed for easy, plug-and-play installation as no gas preconditioning or complex sampling systems are required. The sensor supports multiple mounting options for various pipe dimensions, including in-pipe installation and installation in a bypassed sidestream.

Robust sensor for harsh environments

The SulfiLoggerTM X1-3290 sensor is designed for rough environments. It reliably measures in 0 to 100% relative humidity, in high temperature and pressure environments, and under oxygen-free conditions. It can even measure directly in water.

Novel and patent-pending technology

The sensor builds on the foundation of a proven and patent-pending micro-electrochemical sensor technology. This technology has successfully been applied for sensors for reliable H2S monitoring that are used by leading utilities in various industrial segments including wastewater, biogas, natural gas, aquaculture, and other industries.

SulfiLoggerTM X1-3290 H2 sensor

  • Robust sensor for continuous H2 monitoring inline in gas streams
  • Designed for harsh environments with up to 100 % humidity
  • Plug & play installation with no need for gas preconditioning or complex system modifications
