A part of the European Horizon 2020 program

Unisense A/S has just received 1,5 million Euro, through the European Horizon 2020 framework, to refine the performance of the SulfiLoggerTM H2S sensor system. The competition has been strong and only 5% of the applicants have been awarded the grant.

A large part of the grant will be used to perform two large-scale demonstrations where the value creation of many SulfiLoggerTM sensors in a given network is documented. The aim is to show that substantial savings can be made on both chemical usage for H2S mitigation and on overall asset management of the complete wastewater network. The enabler for such savings is the ability to continuously measure the H2S concentration dissolved in the wastewater.

With the Unisense SulfiLoggerTM H2S sensor you will be able to measure directly in the raw sewage how much, when, and where H2S is present, giving you the knowledge you need to intelligently plan your running maintenance activities for fighting both odor and corrosion – all leading to reduced running costs.
